Supported browsers include Google Chrome (recommended), Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari (required on iOS devices).  

The key to a seamless experience is to update to the current version of the browser.  There are constant changes going on in the way that browsers are handling microphones.  Search in the help section of your selected browser for "microphone settings" for the latest options and settings.
