I need more assistance. How do I get implementation support and training ?

There are two ways to request implementation and training support:

  1. Go to the home page of the Support Center by clicking on the Carnegie Speech logo at the top of the page and click "Create a New Ticket" or create a ticket directly by clicking this link https://k12support.carnegiespeech.com/new
  2. For training, book a web meeting using this calendar tool
