  1. Instructional Support is typically provided by a teacher, teaching assistant, or lab supervisor.
  2. Hardware support at schools is usually provided by school or district IT or the school technology coordinator.
  3. All other support issues are handled by Carnegie Speech Customer Care on the Carnegie Speech Support Center,  which provides roadmaps and answers to students'  most frequently asked questions (FAQs) and a place to create a trouble ticket. A ticket is a request for support services from our customer care team. When creating a trouble ticket, please be as specific as possible about the issue you are experiencing.  Please include your phone number and the best time(s) to reach you. Our customer care team works (in English) with students from more than 63 language backgrounds and we can help you!
